Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the perfume bottles in their original designer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items to ensure they are unopened, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
